Description:

Domestic Violence Helpline for Polish victims and perpetrators living in Wales. The helpline will operate during the COVID-19 pandemic. We help Polish people living in all areas of Wales People who contact the helpline receive emotional support, information about available options and are referred to domestic violence agencies in their area We also offer counselling to people who experience abuse and to those who harm Our team consists of experienced Polish-speaking IDVAs, probation worker and counsellors Referral forms to the service can be accessed from our website. We also accept self-referrals, clients can contact us directly. We also offer a range of paid services to British agencies to help them maximise their effectiveness when supporting their Polish clients across England and Wales. They include: counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy Gateway - an accredited domestic abuse recovery programme for victims Towards Change - a programme for perpetrators of domestic abuse individual parenting support training about working with Polish families
