Description:Not a helpline DUK provides support and encouragement to those whose chief problem is depression (mild or serious) as well as concerned family and friends. This group works on a self help basis, by helping each other, and offers newsletters, pen and phone friends, and internet chat. There are no paid staff or office as it is run by volunteers. Membership: 10 per annum
