Description:We want to keep teachers in teaching and support all staff in education, including FE and HE. We do this by being the only charity in the UK to provide free, confidential, bilingual, practical and emotional telephone and online support, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to any person working in education, in any role, in any type of school or college. Education Support Partnership (formerly Teacher Support Cymru) provides support for all aspects of health and wellbeing to all education staff offering support, coaching, counselling, money management, grants, information, signposting and online tools. We also offer various programmes to support organisations and charities including, Employee Assistance Programme, Staff Engagement and also Headspace, for headteachers and a number of different training sessions, to suit all needs including workshops an Recognising and Managing Stress, Managing Change, Communication Skills and Mindfulness.
