Description:The Helpline is staffed by trained volunteers (if a volunteer is unavailable), the answer machine will give details of other agencies callers can contact. Advice and support for those suffering from anxiety, phobias, panic attacks or obessional compulsive disorder, or wish to withdraw from tranquillisers and antidepressants. However you should talk through your plans with your GP. Can also support those who have someone living with any anxiety disorder. Help and support for carers, family and friends. Calls are charged at local rate
