The Helpline is open for set times each week, which will change from time to time so please visit the website for current opening hours. PODS makes recovery from dissociative disorders a reality through training, informing and supporting. We provide support, training, information and signposting to survivors of trauma and abuse, including dissociative survivors, as well as to partners, supporters and professionals. We can help direct survivors towards a `dissociation-friendly therapist` by means of our register, which lists details of 1400+ counsellors and therapists in the UK willing to work with trauma and dissociation. We run a weekly `drop-in` telephone helpline for survivors We provide signposting, advice and support by phone and email at other times of the week. We support professionals working with trauma and dissociation We provide a therapist `supportline` for phone and email advice and support We provide a networking list for therapists working in this field to be able to get in touch with like-minded professionals We provide a register of `dissociation-friendly` therapists which suitable professionals can join
