Callers should always be made aware that if the operator feels the person is unsafe and we have any contactable details we will break confidentiality and report to the relvant agencies. Operators should complete the appropriate form (look in folder for vulnerable person form), as fully as they can. Operators should then email Managers to alert them to a form having been completed. However, the need to seek advice should never delay any emergency action
