We all know what it`s like to struggle sometimes, but now there`s a safe place to listen, share and be heard. Open to everyone Side by Side is open to anybody who has an experience of mental health problems, or is closely connected to someone that has. The community has been designed to exist alongside your current methods of managing your mental health.
