The Foundation has a network of trained befriender who can listen, and includes those who have experienced a cot death and can offer this special help. Parents who have suffered a cot death often feel anxious when they have another baby. The Care of the Next Infant (CONI) programme, run by the Foundation in partnership with the NHS, provides practical help so that parents can be reassured about their new baby`s development.
