    DUTY OFFICER AVAILABLE Mon-Fri during office hours (for persons KNOWN to service) - not a drop-in Multidisciplinary teams providing a service for adult individuals who have a diagnosis of a serious mental illness. Referral by GP or other health professional service. Not a service for elderly mentally ill over 65 years, alcohol or substance abuse users, children under sixteen eighteen (consideration 17+6months for referrals) learning disability. People with a mild to moderate mental illness can be seen by the Local Primary Mental Health Support Service (LPMHSS) - 03000 858000 referrals through GP or other health professionals, this includes 111+2 service. The Team will discuss referrals from other professionals and refer on as appropriate.
