Bilingual Service Will be maintaining contact with existing patients, explaining the situations and how contact / support is maintained with majority over the phone service. Any new referrals and crisis intervention will be assessed over the phone in the first instance. Not open on Bank Holidays. Provides a service to adults who have mental health problems. Consists of a multi-disciplinary team. Mental health assessment/treatment and ongoing supportive professional care. Any referrals etc are made through the Primary Care Mental Health Service Referrals via GP, self (if been discharged within 3 years) or other agency
