    Office hours - Mon-Fri:9am-5 The Helpline is answered personally by specially trained advisors or by trained befrienders who are themselves bereaved parents. The information you give will be kept confidential. All calls are free, including from mobile phones. The Helpline is for you if: your baby has died suddenly and unexpectedly and you want someone to talk to, someone to listen, someone to help answer your questions and give you information, you are a relative of the bereaved family, and you want to talk or you need information on cot death, you are a friend, neighbour, or work colleague of a bereaved parent, and want advice about how to help you are a carer e.g. childminder, nanny, nursery nurse, babysitter, and a baby you were looking after died suddenly and unexpectedly you are worried about your own baby, or are concerned about cot death for other reasons you are a professional and want information about reducing the risk of SIDS and safe baby care.
