The information you give will be kept confidential. All calls are free, including from mobile phones. The Helpline is for you if: your baby has died suddenly and unexpectedly and you want someone to talk to, someone to listen, someone to help answer your questions and give you information, you are a relative of the bereaved family, and you want to talk or you need information on cot death, you are a friend, neighbour, or work colleague of a bereaved parent, and want advice about how to help you are a carer e.g. childminder, nanny, nursery nurse, babysitter, and a baby you were looking after died suddenly and unexpectedly you are worried about your own baby, or are concerned about cot death for other reasons you are a professional and want information about reducing the risk of SIDS and safe baby care.
