Covers all of Flintshire Based in Wepre House, Connah`s Quay The Community Mental Health Team provides a functional & organic mental health assessment and treatment service for people over 65 years living within the county of Flintshire. There is a younger onset dementia nurse for people under the age of 65 years. Psychology service available where required. Also within Wepre House the team is co-located with the Flintshire Memory Service tel no: 03000 859750. Referral is via GP`s, PHCTs, other Secondary Care services, Social Services and self under Part 3 of the Mental Health (Wales) Measure 2010. Wheelchair access and disabled toilets. Bi-lingual service in some areas if requested in advance.
