    Description:

    Provides a community based mental health service to adults Service offers assessments, short and long term work with individuals who live with mental health problems. Duty Desk 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday Emergency/urgent assessment slots throughout the day. Fully integrated CMHT - Psychiatrist, Psychologist/O.T/Nursing Social Work Referrals - GPs, social services or self if been discharged within last 3 years under mental health measure.
